Python PIP3 설치중 ReadTimeoutError

 윈도우에서 파이썬 pip3로 PyQT5를 설치중 아래와 같은 에러가 나왓다.

다시 몇번을 시도해봤는데, 다운로드 진행률 차이만 있고 계속 에러가 발생했다. 인터넷 속도 때문이라는 것을 리서치해서 찾을 수 있었고, 아래와 같은 타임아웃 옵션을 추가해서 설치하면 잘 된다.
